How does your training program work?
For our endurance athletes, we use an app-based model called FinalSurge, which is able to sync with GPS smart watches as well as accept manual uploads. We are able to watch our athletes make progress through their workouts, obtain feedback through their comments and make truly individualized changes to achieve your goals. Our programs are not stock training plans and constantly evolving based on YOU.

What if I am not located in Lexington, is this program for me?
Due to the online nature of our app and services, we have many clients located all over the world. We communicate with clients mainly electronically so it is no problem wherever you live.

Eight Week Strength For Endurance Athletes
This program consists of one phase alternating three workouts. By the end of the eight week session, you will have mastered the workouts. Athletes early in the off season will want Base. Athletes in the second half of their off season will want Build. Athletes entering and extending their race season will do well with Early Season and Late Season. You may train as often as you like. Typically athletes do 1-3 workouts per week. Like every plan, workouts are delivered via Trainerize, with video and walk through instructions/ timer. You will have access to the app and workouts until the end of the eight weeks.

One Month Basic Strength Plan
This plan is comprised of two longer workouts and one short hip mobility session to alternate throughout the month. It is a general fitness plan, with well-balanced, full-body exercises. Workouts are delivered via the app Trainerize. Each workout includes a timer and short video of each movement. Choose gym-appropriate or bodyweight only plan.

Custom Trainerize Workout
In a custom workout, I write you a session individualized to your needs, goals and injury history. You will have access to the workouts for four weeks. Minimum: two workouts
